Benzagel contains Benzoyl peroxide as main active agent. It has the property of anti-bacterial, mild drying and reduces inflammation. Thus, it helps to get rid of all sign of acne.

Uses of Benzagel

It is used to treat mild to severe sign of acne. Remove all the spots of acne, and leads to have clear skin.

Contraindication

Individual have any allergy to benzoyl peroxide.

It is not recommended to use on wounds, blisters, severe sunburn, lesions and cuts. 

Drug interaction

Avoid the application of Tretinoin while using Benzagel, it may cause severe skin irritation.

Agent having peeling or drying effects such as sulphur or salicylic acid should be avoided.

Storage

Keep at room temperature, away from direct heat, moisture, and light.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Dosage

How to use Benzagel?

Apply a thin layer of benzoyl to the affected areas with help of fingertip slowly in circular motion, sufficient enough to cover infected area.

Benzagel is used topically one to three times daily for better result.

What to do in case of missed dose?

In case of a missed dose, use it as soon as you come to know about it. In case it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the regular dose scheduled dose.

What to do in case of Overdose?

It could lead to serious skin adverse effect, so avoid intake rather than recommended.

Side effects

However, not all the patients using this get side effects. It varies from user to user.

Some mild unwanted effects of the drug include Peeling of skin, Irritation, Itching and some severe side effects include skin rash, itching; difficult breathing, feeling light-headed; or swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Precautions:
