Order Processing

Q1: How can I confirm an order?
A1: Browse or search the medicine you need from our website. Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ icon just below the image of the medicine and once again to opt for the quantity and strength of the medicine. You will be redirected to ‘Shopping Cart’ webpage. You may click ‘Continue Shopping’ to add more items in the shopping cart or remove any item using the rightmost remove icon beside each item, else If satisfied, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ icon. You will, once again, be redirected to ‘Checkout’ webpage. Fill in the form as directed. At the end, click on ‘Place Order’ icon to generate your order number. Congratulations! your order is confirmed.

Q2. How to fill in the checkout form?
A2. In the ‘Checkout’ webpage, you will interact with a checkout form in various tabs that you need to fill in to complete your order processing. First choose a checkout method from the ‘Checkout Method’ tab and click the ‘Continue’ icon. Fill in the billing information and click the ‘Continue’ icon. If you have chosen ‘Ship to different address’ then you need to fill in the form present in ‘Shipping Information’ tab, else you will be redirected to ‘Shipping Method’ tab to confirm a charge of $25 for shipping, click the ‘Continue’ icon. From the ‘Payment Information’ tab choose your payment option. You will now be on the ‘Order Review’ tab in which you can review your order, if you forget any item click the ‘Edit Your Cart’ link to add or remove any item. After all your items are added and you are satisfied click on ‘Place Order’ icon.

Q3: What should I do after my order is confirmed?
A3: After your order is confirmed and a new order number is generated, your confirmation details will be sent to our pharmacy department where they will process your order and package your product for shipment. You will receive notification message in your mail (or registered mobile number) that your order is processed and will be shipped once your payment processing is over.

Q4: How can I track my order?
A4: When your order is confirmed and a new order id is generated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, tracking number, and other details of your product. To track your order you have to call our customer care executive and mention your product tracking number. Through this number our customer care executive can provide you information about the current location of your product and other details.

Q5: How can I cancel my order?
A5: We have a flexible cancellation policy and is applicable within 24 hours of the confirmation of your order. If you wish to cancel your order that lies within the purview of our cancellation policy, you can immediately call our customer care executive mentioning the order id and reason for such cancellation, and our executive will cancel your order and stop its shipment. Please do not request for cancellation if the time limit is over as the product is already dispatched from our end and has no control over it. What you can do is to receive the product at your end and return it back within 30 days, and we will refund your money with a nominal deduction of shipping and handling charges.


Payment Processing

Q6: How can I make my payment?
A6: You can make your payment in two ways: ‘Check2Pay Secure Payment Method’ or ‘Other Payment Option’. The former method, through echeck, is applicable only if you are a US customer, where you need to type in Bank Name, Customer Name, Account Number, Telephone Number, Routing Number, and Check Number. In this case, the concerning bank executive will contact you regarding the confirmation of your payment, and you need to confirm to process your payment. Check2Pay requires two days for clearing check, and once your check is cleared we will complete your shipment processing. In the latter method, through other payment option, our customer care executive will contact you and provide you the account details of other payment option where you need to transfer the money as mentioned in your order. Once the payment is received we will ship your product.


Shipment Processing

Q7: When can I receive my shipped product?
A7: You will receive your product after the sequence of Order Processing, Payment Processing, and Shipment Processing is completed. The delivery time by the registered international air post will be around 5 to 12 business days. On an average, it requires 7 working days time, from the time of your order placement, to deliver your shipped product to you.

Q8. What to do incase I cannot be able to receive my shipped product?
A8. There are chances that you might not be available at your home when the product was delivered. You should not worry. What you need to do is to check your mailbox for the parcel or any notice. If  you do not find your parcel there then you must have received a notice containing the arrival of your parcel. Just visit the local delivery company’s office and collect your parcel.

Q9: What to do if the shipping is delayed?
A9. We are sorry for the inconvenience met by you. Rest assured if your product is not reached within the stipulated date then we will reship your product. Such incidents are rare and if it occurs then it might be due to incorrect address, customs and security checks, or other unknown reason. Whatever the case be, if the delay is from our end we will provide you the product without any extra charges.

Q10: What are the sources of your shipped medicines?
A10: We are shipping you the medicines from the reliable and trustworthy pharmaceutical companies like: Ajanta, Ranbaxy, Cipla, Dr Reddy’s, Sun Pharma, and many other renowned manufacturers. Our medicines are approved approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
